wierd anxiety

does anyone suffer from physical anxiety symptoms for no reason at all? i get swishy strange head sensations for no apparant reason....does anyone else suffer from random anxiety?

Certainly do, feeling it right now :) Even when I'm just sitting quietly, perfectly relaxed, I'll get a sudden panic attack and then it's gone. It's random and all round weird. I get dizzy spells often and have a constant headache which none of the doctors can explain, but I'm pretty sure is linked in with my thought process.

Yep, sometimes out of the blue, when you aren't even thinking about it, i have had it when out clothes shopping and i love shopping, I don't understand it, i get heavy legs and a bit a swishy head. I get this gagging thing too.
