Buzzing/vibrating in face

I had an MRI of my cervical spine today (neck/shoulders). I've been having pain and tingling in my arms for about a month. It comes and goes. Another symptom I have is buzzing in my lips and nose. It's been about 2 years since I first noticed it. It also comes and goes but is usually present when I'm trying to sleep.

I won't get my results for a week.

I've had some physical therapy this month on my neck, shoulders, and arms. I don't know if that is what's causing it to be worse or if it's me being nervous about my new health issues. Anyone have experience with this?

Have you seen a chiropractor? there might be simply trapped nerves in your neck from a misaligned bone structure.

I have misaligned bone structure from very slight scoliosis. Could a trapped neeve cause that? But my chiropractor has me doing physical therapy for a month instead of adjustments. Maybe I should talk to her about that.
