UK Financial Cut Backs

Hi with all the cut backs taking place and other plans in the pipeline does anyone else like me find all these cut backs bring on attacks of anxiety ?

My bills going up & up & up and my salary frozen for last 2 years makes me very anxious and worry loads, just been told no salary increase again this year too.....Grrr.....what can we do though? I have cut back as much as I can and still find every month a struggle to make ends meet.....:lac:

I am very anxious about the possibility of property rent incease

The less I think about it the less it makes me anxious. For the time being we're keeping afload very well.

I wouldn't worry too much, have managed through recessions before, and this one really isn't that bad at the moment. As long as people are sensible with their spending, and cut back if they need to, then there isn't a huge amount to worry about.

And even if you lose your job, there is work out there, 3 friends of mine have got new jobs in the last month.
