Hey all it has been almost 4 years since i took my first panic attack over a pain in my left arm. Since then i have has every symptom you can imagine!

Chest pain, chest tightness, headaches, jaw pain, eye floaters, feeling sick, fatigued , ear ringing.

I have had ecg x6 , echo , blood works, chest xray, 48 monitor , stress test. All normal

My symptoms have got less or got worse but they have never left me truely . I don't really know what to do. I dont feel stressed or anxious any more.

One avenue i am looking into is nutrition and diet and exercise. My diet sucks and so does my exercise regime. I dont do alot all day. I sit alot and dont move. I am not fat, like 10 stone.

My symptoms scare me because i duno what to do about them . I have tried nearly everything. No doctor cant find a problem . I have no medical reason for my symptoms . I tried a non sugar diet last month for a month and it was a great experience . My symptoms went down but didnt disappear so i am llooking into a candida diet plan for 6 months and too see if that helps.

Anyone else out there in my shoes?

An echo cardiogram is good for 5 years apparently, so you can probably rule out heart as cause of your symptoms. Have you tried Dr Claire Weekes book, "Self Help For Your Nerves"? It give a great description of how anxiety can cause a myriad of physical symptoms that are quite scarey but easily explained.

It's a real life saver.

Sorting out your diet and exercise will make you feel ten times better, go for it!!!
I speak from experience, your body does not need junk food.
