Can anyone give me advice plse. My problem is i was cleaning out a cupboard and there was an open packet of burger buns in the back that had gone mouldy. Anyway i was throwing them in the bin wen a little cloud of mould came off them and i accidentally inhaled it . Now im panicking cause im scared about wat could happen from inhaling it. I dont have asthma

Don't worry, the mold on bread is penicillin, it's not bad for you. What you inhaled was spores, but your mucus in the back of your throat and nose would have caught it before it went into your lungs. You would then swallow the mucus and the acid in your stomach would kill anything before it did you any harm. If you experience any breathing problems, then contact the doctor, but it's 99.9% unlikely that it'll do you any harm. I understand why you're freaking, I would too. I had a mental breakdown from being sprayed by car window washer fluid.

I second what Rosie said - bread mould is pencillin (minute dose), so try not to worry :)
