I am OCD sufferer and I am looking for ways how to resolve it.
I think the main problem is that we have never been trained how to deal with unwanted feelings. I spent a lot of time at school an uni learning how to read, write, calculate, translate, make decisions but nobody told me how to deal with stress before exams. This emotional side of me was left in complete mess for many years. Only when it became unbearable I decided to search for solutions. I slowly realise that my life will be completely different when I find the way how to realise this tension inside me. Wish me luck!
