AAARRRGGGGGGGG whats wrong with me ??

:weep: Cant sleep its now midnight and i just feel so anxious it started about 5pm just out the blue started feeling all anxious and horrible hot & cold flushes and palpitations :( so had a sleep about 6pm till about 7.30pm woke still feeling all anxious and horrible sickly feeling all below my ribs (get this alot) and also taste in throat am emetophobia so sets my anxiety off big time i just feel like crying right now as to why am feeling this way :(

Acid indigestion again I think and when you lay down it makes it so much worse.

Try sleeping propped up in bed - it is not comfy but stops the acid effect.

yep got my pillows propped up and worse is i havent eaten to kick it off :( also cant take my omeprazole for a while as am pregnant

Could be related to being pregnant as well maybe?

Hi, I have a feeling that Omeprazole is allowed during pregancy. You can double check with you doc or on the leaflet.

I do not sleep either but one night shouldn't be harmful ,listen to some soft music maybe so that even if you do not sleep it will help keep you calm. Good luck.:)
