freaking out choked on milk HELP

I choked on milk and im scared it went down the wrong hole. is it possible for it to enter my lungs. really freaking out

no dont worry hun just went down the wrong hole like you said it wont affect you in any way xx

If liquid goes down the wrong 'hole' you automatically start coughing and spluttering it back up so no it won't get into your lungs.

its so weird like as soon as i felt the choking thats the first thing that came in my head. anyway to defeat the hypochondria ? im fine now no choking or coughing breathing fine ..hate the HA
