Head noises when its quiet.

Hello,

This is not something I am particularly worried about, but when its night time and quiet I have a rumbling in my head, well I say head its probably more in my ears but sometimes its so loud it sounds as though its in my brain.
Does anyone else experience this, I mean I have had it for years so as I say I am not really worried about it buts its annoying at night. I dont notice it suring the day though.

ive had clickin n popping noises in my head ive noticed the last few nights in the same area ive had a headache right in my temple x
