Hi Everyone,
I Have been suffering with anxiety for about 5 years now on and off, over the last 3 years i have had hundreds off panic attacks that are now starting to affect me going out, i keep feeling lumps and pains all over my body mainly in my chest which is worrying me all the time and i get heart palputations. i have had many test from the doctors and been giving anti depressents both have not helped i am running out of options and the walls feel like there caving in really hoping to get some help from everyone here!
