Can anyone recommend any relaxation mp3/cds?

I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions? I'm looking for something I can listen to in bed before sleeping or when anxious.

have you tried any apps? 'i can' anxiety free isn't bad (I like his scottish accent) but the intro is annoying as you have to listen to it every time as it's free.... I've just downloaded anxiety free which is about £3 so i'll let you know how I get on. There is a thread somewhere about relaxing sounds but I can't find it... could be in top tips?xx

I have loads of hypnotherapy/relaxation CD's, the one I listen too every night when I turn out the light is "Complete Relaxation", by Glenn Harrold. I bought is from Amazon.

I find these really, really good. They're Mindfulness audios and they're great. If you right click your mouse over them you can download them.
