Further to my last thread about an interview with a very brave lady called Sarah who went on Radio Kent to discuss depression and a new self-help group for anxiety and depression in Tonbridge some weeks ago, she has kindly emailed me to say that she's been invited back tomorrow morning to discuss anxiety :)

She should be on at around 10am, and you can listen again for up to one week on the iPlayer.

Here is the thread about her previous appearance, which people were very interested to listen to:

Here is a blog she has set up for the group she helps organise in Tonbridge - TADS (Tonbridge Anxiety and Depression Self-help):

And here is a thread I put up on the 'meet ups' section on here:

Is anyone able to record from iPlayer? It is beyond my computer know-how, but I think it's really important to be able to save these kinds of things if possible, otherwise after they disappear from iPlayer no-one can listen!

I am sure it'll be very interesting, and good luck Sarah!! :)

Very interesting again :) Sarah and a chap called Nick I think both explained anxiety very well.

It started at 10:10, so it will be 1hr10mins into the Julia George Show on the iPlayer.

They moved onto banking and then water (!!) after half ten, and I expected to hear some more comments or callers on anxiety later on. I missed quite a few bits but when I was listening I didn't hear anything, they seemed to have too many topics to discuss in one show today.
