I find that even though I have nothing to worry about
I still find my self obsessing and thinking about having
A panic attack and it makes me feel like panicking . Anyone
Understand this? Advice?

That is me!!!
It starts early evening when I am no longer busy, I start to think I cannot breathe properly, so take a shallow breath, then another and so on, then the physical symptoms kick in and I am hyperventilating for the rest of the night.

I use distraction tactics, but it makes no difference.

How about you?

Hi I am really struggling with this at the moment I have big events in life at mo trying to find a new home as result of my husband leaving and my imminent return to work early September, there is one voice telling me it will all be ok but then there is the stronger voice putting all sorts of thoughts into my head. I have tried distraction to no avail. I have resorted to lorazepam today just to quell the anxiety/panic. Anybody have any good tips on how to cope at times like this. :)
