Periods of anxiety that bring on more

I have had periods over the past few years where
My anxiety is increased and I find myself worrying
About everything. It makes me feel depressed that
My anxiety attacks / worry don't go away... Any advice?

I was just talking to my fiance about this very feeling. My anxiety has been pretty well controlled up until a few weeks ago and now I am upset feeling like I am never going to be normal feeling again.. then I remembered that I have had plenty of relapses into anxiety and it always does get better eventually. It sucks right now I know but remember it reached its peak before and your still standing. This will pass too!
