Symtoms Without Anxiety

Hi all

Im having a few symtoms like dizziness , tensional head aches and some leg numbness , but i really dont fell anxious or i barely feel anxiety , how to cope this i dont understand

Silvio the physical symptoms don't disappear right away....you can have them even when not anxious...it takes time

That's my main problem at the minute - I've done therapy and whatnot to help with the anxiety, which I think I've drastically reduced... but my symptoms are still there. It sends my anxiety back up because then I think "well this proves it, something is REALLY wrong!" So frustrating. :wacko:
