Tingling

For a few years now iv had tingling in my spine (the right side near shoulder blade) there's also a numb patch doctor said it was shingles a couple years back I had tablets and it's still there been back a few times an no answer it also burns quite a lot driving me insane not knowing what it is hoe it's nothing bad anybody else have this duont know if it's stress as I'm constantly anxious :wacko:

My shoulder blade has tingled for 15 years now. My spine is slightly off - mild scoliosis. Not really noticeable unless you are really looking for it. Just a pinched nerve probably.

Yh maybe that could b it I have noticed a lump in the middle of my chest where my one side right side ribs higher then the other it sticks out the doctor said I had shingles there tho don't understand why I keep having the sensation when shingles have gone
