Has anyone tried Lifeflow? It’s a collection of soundtracks to listen to whilst meditating. My psychiatrist recommended it.
By somehow tuning into your brainwaves it’s supposed to offer an enhanced meditation experience. Psychiatrist says there’s very strong evidence of its effectiveness in treating all kinds of psychological issues.
There is a website. It seems a bit amateur though, and the full course is expensive. If anyone is interested there is a free sample on the site which in my opinion it’s wonderful. I recommend you give it a try.
Has anyone else tried it, or heard of it, or better still bought the course? I’m tempted, but it is a lot of money.
