half term over

morning to any one who is an early bird like me, starting to get increasingly anxious now, half term is over now and am really dreading taking my son school ,amscared am gonna have a panic attack on the bus or in the playground am trying hard to think positive and doing my breathing exersises ,is any one else feeling this at this time .tomcat:unsure:

how has the week gone? did you manage the school run ok? i used to dread picking the kids up as was always the loner in the playground and felt i stuck out like a sore thumb. i used to take a book with me while i was waiting, even though i was always too uptight to read a word :huh:
