heya, really struggling with anxiety at the moment, not felt well for a while now :O( any idea's???? xxxx
Try and fill your time if you can, distraction tactics, anything to take your mind away from yourself, engage in conversation, clean the house or go out for a walk, light exercise, yoga or meditation, self help books.
No stimulants like coffee, tea or fizzy drinks, anything with caffeine in it.:D
