Hi all,

When I had my breakdown this place became my safe haven, but am having a really rough morning and full of worry and illness, just want to say hello to people and distract myself from panicking!

I'm 23 and have been dealing with depression and anxiety on and off for four years :-)

How are you all this morning?

My second time round too, but suffered on & off for quite a few years. Had a breakdown last November....coming through slowly but surely now. You are not alone here. I hope it helps in your recovery. It's been a godsend here for me at times! Remember to keep thinking positive. Stay strong.
