Just had a panic attack not had one in a while an all my body started burnig even my eyes throat an my lips an face was going numb anybody else experienced this?

Yupp , body starts burning (for me it's my arms ears & face) but no fever just very hot , & the numb feeling is it like pins & needles?
Cause when we hyperventilate that causes hands , face , feet whatever to get that sensation , it should go away as your breathing slows down.
