Hello everyone at NMP. :D

My name is Isabelle and I am from Lincolnshire in the United Kingdom.

I have had anxiety disorders since about the age of 7. My partner of eight years who is Andy was diagnosed with PTSD and we both have researched into this and other related emotional issues for the past eight years and we are continuing to do so.

Andy has put together a book called 'DEFENCE IN MIND'. This has lots of tips and explains in everyday language PTSD and other emotional issues. [?]

I have had Talking Counselling over the years, I am on medication and at the moment I am doing CBT which I am finding helpful.

I am pleased I have found this site.
