Hi, I am new to the forum but unfortunately not new to ocd/health anxiety. I have had it for 15 years and am struggling at the mo. I have had CBT etc but think I need some support from like-minded people (not reassurance seeking I promise lol) Just wondered if anyone knew of a support group in South Yorkshire, preferably Doncaster? I don't know anyone else with the disorder and always finds it helps when I am reading stuff about other sufferers, so though it would help to talk face to face in a group. Thanks in advance x
