Hi just out of interest is anybody from the midlands, wondered how many health anxiety sufferers there are that live local to me, dont worry i dont want to stalk you lol but always feel like im the only one, i wonder how many people we come into contact with in just one day feel the same, even just going to asda you could be walking past or being served by many,
anyway just wondered

I have noticed on here that there's lots of meet ups in different
areas of the country, I really wish there was something like this in the
east midlands, I'm aware some people don't feel comfortable doing this
but also I think there must be lots out there like me who feels this sort of
thing would really help them

Well i can set one up for lets say leicester and set it so everyone has time to be ready for the meet :)

I don't know of any local support groups to be honest, although I can't say I've ever really looked for one?
To be honest I would have no idea where to even start looking! But if I ever did come across anything I would let you know. :)
