Hello all , was just posting to see how u all are & what kind of day u have had? :)
I've had an okay day , caught up on some sleep so didn't get up till lunch time , was feeling a little edgey but got myself up & in the shower & dressed.
Had a mini panic when I realise I had nearly ran out of cyclizine to control my morning sickness :/ (I'm emetophobic)
Went down docs & got a prescription & came back home. Had my dinner (which was lovely) toad in the hole with mash & veggies :D mmmm
Now I'm just watching some tv & relaxing :) feel very calm at the moment :yesyes:
Planning in going to sleep in an hour or so , if I can get there as the anxiety always seems to hit around this time , fingers crossed I'll be okay :)
How's everyone else getting on?
