Hello it is Isabelle here again.:)
As I said earlier my partner Andy is ex-Army and he has just written a brilliant book about PTSD and other issues of emotional survival.

This book is the result of eight years of research and one year studying psychology. This book is a ground-breaking book of emotional survival.
Covering topics such as depression, addiction, anxiety, trauma, relationships, bullying and includes Andys own personal hard hitting account of his life to date.

Hi Isabelle,
Just had a look at the link.
Have family associations with Forces(including ex-hubby)so would find it an interesting read, may explain a few things!
Also nice to see that some of the proceeds got to SSAFA.
Might have to put it off til I get another job though.
