3 colds this year

Hello everyone,
I need a bit of reassurance please. This year so far I have had 3 colds. One in january on last month and now one at the moment which I've caught off my husband.
Has anyone else had quite a few colds in a year? I'm really worried there is something wrong with my immune system?

Hey no worries about having colds, I get them all the time.

If you go anywhere, ie public transport, shops, work .....

everyone gets them, nothing to be worried about.

I read something a while ago that said the average adult gets ill around 5 times a year.

I've had two this year when I usually only get one. My Dr said it's because I'm rundown because of stress/anxiety, which are the number one cause of a lowered immune system. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about :)

What this person said is right I'm 19 and sometimes I'm stuck with a cold the thing is anxiety makes you rundown some people get hot all the time like my it's like your running a fever but your not
