When i have a panic attack i find it hard to eat food because it starts off my emetophobia meaning it can result in me missing certain meals in the day. In the past year i have lost just over half a stone, i just wonder if anyone has any techniques that could help me to become calm so that i dont skip meals :) thanks x

Try distracting your mind by watching tv or reading something & not thinking about the food , once u have eaten u should feel better anyway cause being hungry can make u feel s* sometimes.
Take a deep breath & try to relax , I know it's hard but this has helped me a lot , I too suffer emet severely :hugs:
