Well i went to the 'Centre' again. Was panicy before i went in and my initial reaction was to turn around and run like the wind but i stood until i felt a bit better and then carried on. I was a tad panicy in the couple of shops that i went into but again, I stood until it passed. :wacko:

I suppose taking all these little steps might lead to taking much bigger steps one day. We can but try. :D

Keep fighting agoraphobia people because it can and does improve.
