Strange sensation in my chest

Hey I'm new here, I suffer from anxiety and palpitations but Im experiencing something new.
I have mild wheezing in my chest which is only recently, Ive noticed my breathing is loud, and the more I exert myself the worse it gets. I dont get breathless or any pain or tightness but I have a very strange feeling when I exercise, when I turn but without moving my body, just arms from side to side my chest feels like its rubbing against something, like its chafing? I can hear it aswell. Its very odd. I wondered if anyone has experienced this, will visit the GP but its such a strange sensation to explain.

I have had the rubbing sound you describe for years and years now. I remember going to my doc and doing a twisting movement to show him:blush:
He just said it was nothing to worry about.

I had the same feeling many years ago, I first noticed it when I was exercising, I still have it and I am still here 35 years on!!:) Hope this helps.
