Think iv pulled something in my neck??

Hi guys!

Last night i was laying with my boyfriend, and i must of got up in a funny way cause the side of my neck went really stiff! iv woke up this morning and it hurts to touch!

and the muscle just under my jaw is like a lump?? i think it must be a knot!

was thinking of putting deep heat on it, would this help? x

I would try ice first. If you first injure a muscle they say to do ice first because heat may make swelling a bit worse.

But I have loads of muscle knots in my neck and they all feel like lumps that hurt to press so that probably is what you have too.
