Numbness/Tingling

Hi All
Any body experience these symptoms they are really getting me down at the minute
Tight band around the top of the stomach as if some one is tightening a belt around you which then leads to heavy chest and breathlessness and also i seem to have to burp all the time and i also have been getting tingling and numbness all over my body but particularly in the face.
Had blood tests that were fine ECG was fine etc.

Yep, I live with it daily. I've kind of gotten used to it now so I ignore it.

Thank you for your reply i'm trying to ignore it, it seems to happen more when i'm at work rather than at home.
