scared again

hi can anyone else relate..... went to my local shop today with my son because theres no way ill go on my own.... as i was walking i started to feel anxious like i was going to turn round and walk back it was awfall i started to feel out of breath and wishing i never left my house i got to go to the drs on monday and as i got no transport i got to walk (its further than my local shop) and now im dreading it im so scared but got to go to get results for blood test any ideas on how to stop these blooming awfall feelings and thoughts :(

I can relate to this, I get to the top of my street and start to hyperventilate.

What about booking a taxi to take you there, if it is not very far it should be quite cheap, then you can forget about it until Monday.

thanks for your reply but i should add that i will be anxious while waiting to go in to see doc aswell any suggestions for this please ?
