Spine

Really worried sick been having tingling in the top of my spine an now noticed a grinding sound when I move side to side it's horrible like my bones am rubbing off each other and then I have a bad burning sensation all around the area,can't stop worrying about it

Having a panic attack now thinking I have ms or something really bad hate my life

Yh seen a few doctors they don't seem to know what it is don't really seem bothered in so worried its me why would my spine b grindin its so weird and painful x

I guess you have to trust the docs on this one if they are not worried.

We all get aches and pains and stuff as we get older though I know that lol

If you have seen a few doctor's then they can't all be wrong so believe in that.

When I went the doctors 4 years ago about tingling in my spine they said it was shingles its gradually got worse burning and numb patch I only notiched the grinding today when I was exercising havnt told the doctor that yet.im scared

Ok well go back and ask the doc about it if it has been 4 years as things change.

I am sure it is nothing though but best to get it checked as you are worried.
