Virtual hug needed!

I'm feeling so low and lonely today and don't seem to have anyone to talk to that understands. I know I'm being silly and I'm not suicidal or anything but I feel a bit lost. I've put myself out for people that let me down and screwed me over. My best friends are busy with their own lives and I'm so unconfident now I get panic attacks and I'm not very good at going out and meeting new friends. I need a virtual hug! :hugs:

Hi,
I'm feeling exactly the same. So alone! My so called friends always let me down and I always take it personally and get upset, especially when they know what I'm going through, I would have thought they would be more understanding. I'm finding every day difficult and go into work and cry at the slightest thing.
