Strange sensation in left rib area

For wks now I've had this full sensation In my upper stomach & left rib area it's feels like a brick or football is trapped in there. Sometimes I feel it lower on the left side it's like my bowels blocked or something. I'm worried there's a tumour in there! Had a colonoscopy last year and was diagnosed with ibs

It could be indigestion or trapped wind or constipation.

Could that be so if it's constant? I feel full in the upper left side even if I have a drink. It's horrible. It's honestly like a football wedged in my upper left side.
