Has anyone noticed if they have sanpaku eyes (slight yin - in my case) and linked it to their anxiety/stress/worries over poor health ?

It can happen when there is a physical imbalance in the body and shows itself through your eyes (more white showing at the bottom underneath the iris than normal. The iris gets pushed upwards).

There is another situation where the "yang" version shows more white at the top of the eye forcing the iris down, which is linked to other mental health concerns.

I'd not heard of this until recently and wondered if anyone else had it.

I dont know anything of what you mentioned.. it sounds interesting though!

I do have one eye bigger than the other! Well one looks awake, one looks droopy! Ive looked at photos and it never used to be this way.. so its either age or stress related! I didn't really notice it until the young guy at my opticians bluntly told me about it and looked at me like I had 3 heads!
