Hi Guys
I am a 29 year old fit and active female who remains a non smoker.
I have suffered for yrs from night cramps in my calf and I have even taken quinine for it. My father suffers with this also and he suffers with restless legs syndrome.
Over the last week my lower legs from knee down feel achey and almost heavy and slightly tingly. They are not cool to the touch. I dont feel the need to move them so I dont think it is restless leg syndrome. They dont ache when walking just when at rest and mainly when in bed.
I thought I was getting a virus as they feel just like they do at the start of a cold but I am not sick.
Any ideas??
