Can you feel your submandibular glands in your neck?

Either side of my mandible bone, near the angles, i can feel 2 similar sized, painless bumps.

Looking at a picture of the anatomy of the neck, i'm thinking they might be submandibular glands. Are you able to feel these?

I'm worried that it might be my lymph nodes.

I feel the same and I have always felt them. I think it is perfectly normal and that they are not lymph nodes.
