freckle like circles on mussel on arm?

hi ive found something that looks like a freckle some look really like freckles and some look a tiny tiny bit red?

Im no doctor but can you take a pic so I can get a better idea of what you are talking about?

I have tons of freckles.. some brown some tiny and red like pin prick dots but I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about.
