Hi everyone

This is the first time I've registered to an online forum.

Brief background about me. I'm 32 years old, male. I have anxiety disorder, and some ptsd. Most recently, obsessional thinking has been greatly affecting me. I'm taking medication (nearly 3 years now) and seeing a psychologist.

Looking forward to contributing to the forums and learning from other peoples' experiences.
