spaced out 24/7??!!

hello does anybody feel as if they are spaced out 24/7?
i feel like im not real and look at objects and people in a different way it really hard to explain :S

it is called depersonalisation/derealization if you want to look that up. You may see it being called DP/DR

Hi Hollie,

I have this too and it is pretty much all the time. Yes it is so hard to explain to anyone who doesn't experience it.

Most of the time now I just find it 'interesting' and carry on, sometimes it's a bit too much and sometimes just plain weird and existential. There are so many aspects to it and I do feel very much in my own world.

hi lilac thankyou for your comment.. i also feel when i speak its like its not my own voice or i find my voice strange :wacko:. sometimes though its like i'm observing myself in someway hard to explain..
