Health Anxiety Sufferer

I had never even heard of health anxiety until this forum, but it describes me perfectly so I joined.

I'm a 22 year old female, been suffering from generalised anxiety, and a bit of social anxiety, for as long as I can remember. Recently I've been terrified of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, and I mean, can't eat, can't sleep, can't function because I'm so terrified that I'm going to drop dead. I'm on meds now which are making me worse. Hopefully it gets better soon.

Anyway, that's me.
