hollow, empty feeling

hi can anyone relate, i occasionaly get a hollow empty feeling in my stomach it feels like im extremley hungry, but im not i have mild acid reflux could this be the cause ?

the acid reflux could mean the excess acid in your stomach could eat up what you eat like digest it quickly.

Im not entirely sure what it is but that could be a reason. I do know that if you dont have enough acid its harder to digest so maybe its the opposite for you.

I get the hollow feeling too, it usually starts with feeling a bit sick, then turns gradually to hollow/hungry feeling. I was starting to think it was something to do with acid...
