how r u all? hope u r well...
been back at work 10 weeks now. i know i cnt cnt have anymore time off, reluctant to go nk on any meds as tried 4 diff ones now n none worked.... rang docs as was at end of knowing wot to do... she said to try st johns wort anyone tried it? n if not to go bk on meds. i cnt have any more time off but had such BAD BAD SO BAD experiences with meds but not sure obut herbal stuff either.
anyone have counselling? i been going weekly for well year n half nearly, changed to fortnightly a bit ago and after a while i got used to it and tried going every 3 weeks on the odd times but i just find after a big gap i cnt manage and counsellor mentioned this too and we try9ing to figure out why and i end up manic emailing her loads and texting which i try not to as know she will ask me why and i dont know, just feel i need to, tried emailign and ranting it all out and not sending it but then feel i needed to in the end. anyone else been like this? just some advice please?
