about 40 mins ago when I was on the computer I got this stabbing pain in left breast and I've had crampling pain in my left arm and wrist and in my shoulder and back. Ive had this stabbing left sided chest pain on and off for a couple of days but never all this. I have been using the computer a lot. I went out for a walk and it was there when I was walking but not too bad as to when I am sitting down pulse is normal i dont feel sick or cold and clammy but I keep thinking it is a heart attack and would I really be able to sit down and type all this if it was? Im 40 type 2 diabetic 8 stone overweight high cholestrol and AF on metformin asprin and statin so I suppose I am a risk. But I cant help feeling all this is muscular I have a really bad posture and even it is sore when I am leaning over typing
