weird shooting pain down left arm

I experienced a weird shooting like pain a couple of days ago which i think came from my left shoulder/ under arm and went to my fingers only lasted for a second but it came back today. bit freaked out as been worrying about my heart a lot lately, can anyone else relate to this and could it be heart related?

Stress can cause it too, that's what I found. I had a full check up of my heart at the doc's a few years back after it had been happening and he said I was fine. I recommend you do the same if you're concerned :)

hello mate.i get these pains alot and i find its abit over moving trapped wind.i get rid of it by doing abit of the gym to release the wind
