Breathing ?

Im having one of those I think I can't breath attacks these type really paranoi me out and panic me the most allways end up on phone to nhs and even sometimes 999 that's how bad it gets me some times but I have had a hard weekend camping and was extremely cold and wet

In the last 2 weeks, I have called NHS direct and 999 a fair few times myself...
