Heart attack?

Havent been on the boards in a while stilll have alot of worries but just tyng to stay busy.. Last night I woke from my sleep witha really bad chest/back ache its a weird pain its been comming and going all day its almost like a stabbing pain over my left peck also in the same spot in my back I googled now im worried about a heart attack im 25 my back and neck are always in pain but thiis is different

If it was a heart attack, you'd definitely know about it. I would not worry at all :)
