Hi all,
Long time since I posted. But need to come back here for help and support again.
I have been off the tablets for over a year now, been very strong and determined. But this last few months have got harder and harder. I am now close to breaking point I think.
I feel so weak and tired all the time, feel like a cold coming on, having to take deep breaths and fearful of every illness going. My OCD is through the roof and to top it off I hate my new job but need to be in it to support my family.
Need some reassurance to be honest as really do feel like I'm generally I'll.
Any help much appreciated.
